១៩ វិច្ឆិកា ២០១៥ / 19 November 2015 - From the Philippines to Cambodia.
ខ្ញុំទើបតែមកដល់ប្រទេសហ្វីលីពីន ដើម្បីជួបជាមួយនឹងតំណាងប្រទេសមួយចំនួន ដែលកំពុងចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំ APEC (កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចអាស៊ី-ប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក)។ ប្រទេសហ្វីលីពីន ជាប្រទេសមុនគេទាំងអស់ក្នុងពិភពលោក ដែលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋបានធ្វើបាតុកម្មក្នុងទ្រង់ទ្រាយធំដោយសន្តិវិធី ដើម្បីទម្លាក់មេដឹកនាំផ្តាច់ការ។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៨៦ ចលនាមហាជនហៅថា “អំណាចប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ”
(People Power) បានទម្លាក់ប្រធានាធិបតីផ្តាច់ការឈ្មោះ Ferdinand Marcos។
I am now in the Philippines to meet with representatives of some countries participating in the APEC meeting. The Philippines was the first country in the world where People Power peacefully brought down a dictatorship. It was in 1986 and the dictator was Ferdinand Marcos.
