NB: If raising questions and doubts over the border demarcation issues amounts to inciting racial tension and or public unrest, then Mr Sar Keng [head of Interior Ministry] who recently observed that "No one knows exactly where Vietnam's border line stops and Cambodia's starts" should also be sent to prison for the same offence.
