The international community has helped Cambodia so much already. Khmer people need to help themselves too.
If Khmer people felt that the 1991 Paris Peace Accord has not been executed by Yuon Vietnam and its puppet Cambodia, they have to show their discontent by mounting a massive peaceful demonstration demanding the signatory countries to review such accord.
Cambodia problem is complex because the evil Yuon controls Cambodia.
Therefore, a sizeable number of death must be arisen from the peaceful demonstration first before the international community could intervene and help Cambodia. For example, the demonstration to make the government find Dr. Kem Ley's killers is the right thing to do The demonstration to make the government implement the 1991 Paris Peace Accord is the right thing to do.
If Ah Kouk Chker Soth Hun violently suppressed the peaceful demonstrators and killed a lot of people, then the international community has the morale obligation to intervene and rescue Cambodia one more time.
The demonstration for the above absolute just cause will save Cambodia. This present Khmer people need to pay some price for the survival of Cambodia and for the welfare of future Khmer people.
