This picture was in deed immortally captured at the scene in Pailin by a romantic fisherman with a very smartphone's camera ... and yes, putting two and two together, we strongly suspect that this is the reason why School of Vice keeps going back to Pailin on those so-called fishing trips?
As of School of Vice's sporadic kidnappings by the friendly aliens, well, that could be another related mystery?
We know that lotus only grows in stagnated water like small lakes and ponds, and that where the leeches like to live and multiply. I hope the pretty girl was just there for the picture shot or just bathes there occasionally.
