It makes no difference whether one talks of
"market" or "development" as long as one's actual ulterior
goals and agendas lie elsewhere.
Conflicts historically arose not due to lack of social
development or market enterprises per se, particularly, within border regions,
but simply because neighbouring nations could not be in agreement over each
other's fundamental rights regarding territorial integrity and national
sovereignty.
Vietnam has had its share of seeding and fermenting
conflicts and divisions with and in Cambodia well over the last two hundred
years, and most importantly, has invariably ended up on the winning side, owing
to its sheer physical advantage and superior seditious tactics and treacheries.
These facts might have taken place in history, but humans
have long memories, and past actions do have their bearings upon the present
and future. Thus, the CPP and Mr Hun Sen represent Vietnam's best insurance
policy against not only potential armed conflicts, because violent as the
ruling party is, it has never shied from using violence to suppress its own
population, but simply because this instrument enables the Vietnamese to ensure
that past, present and future transgressions and their resulting grievances
will be firmly put under lid rather than materialising as armed conflicts or
legal-diplomatic contests, leading to peaceful but just settlements - which
Hanoi will have to be forced to accept.
So yes, Xamdaach is a 'puppet of Vietnam', and that remains
the case whether he speaks with Vietnam's leaders in Vietnamese while they are
in Phnom Penh, Bavet or Hanoi! ...

នៅក្នុងពិធីនេះ លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានថ្លែងជាភាសាវៀតណាម ជាង ២នាទី ក្រោយពេលលោកថា អ្នកបកប្រែបានបកប្រែខុសពីអ្វីដែលលោកចង់និយាយ ដូច្នេះលោកត្រូវតែនិយាយឲ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋវៀតណាម បានស្តាប់ពីអត្ថន័យត្រឹមត្រូវ។

កាលពីដើមឆ្នាំ២០១៥ កន្លងទៅ ពេលដែលលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានទៅបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចនៅប្រទេសវៀតណាម លោកក៏បានថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាជាភាសាវៀតណាម ទៅកាន់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរបស់ប្រទេសកុម្មុយនីស្តមួយនេះ។ វីដេអូនៃសុន្ទរកថានេះ ត្រូវបានផ្សព្វផ្សាយតាមទូរទស្សន៍វៀតណាម និងត្រូវបានចែករំលែកតគ្នាជាច្រើនតាមបណ្ដាញសង្គមហ្វេសប៊ុក (Facebook) និងយូធូប (YouTube) ធ្វើឲ្យមានការភ្ញាក់ផ្អើលក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់បណ្ដាញសង្គមទាំងនេះ ហើយមានអ្នកខ្លះបានចោទជាសំណួរថា ហេតុអ្វីបានជាលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ចេះភាសាវៀតណាម ស្ទាត់យ៉ាងនេះ រហូតដល់មានអ្នកខ្លះរិះគន់ថា លោកជាអាយ៉ងរបស់វៀតណាម ទៀតផង៕

During the Pol Pot era, in order to topple Pol Pot who refused to submit to Vietnam, the evil Vietnam accused Pol Pot of initiating the war with Vietnam.
In fact, the evil Vietnam staged the killings inside Vietnam and blamed the killings on Pol Pot, thus giving Vietnam a good cause for retaliation.
Right now, look at the same trick displaying by the Yuon's slave Hun Sen. He alluded that the CNRP wanted to have conflict or war with his master Vietnam.
How can or how come the CNRP wanted to have conflict with Vietnam ??
Actually, you (Hun Sen) are the one who kept raising the question about the war.
The evil Vietnam was/is/will be the merchant of war. Vietnam uses war to achieve its goal of controlling its neighbors.
The fact has proven time after time that Ah Kwack Hun Sen has never hesitated to massively kill Khmer people - execution of the K5 project - and destroy Cambodia to favor his master Vietnam by condoning millions of Vietnamese to fill Khmer land, making huge land concession to Vietnam, ravaging Khmer natural resource, creating and ratifying the 2005 supplemental treaty with Vietnam, etc...
To stop the evil Vietnam from achieving its goal of completely swallowing Cambodia, Khmer people need to vote this one eye monster Hun Sen out in this next election. And there will be no war because the world has already known the face of the merchant of war - VIETNAM.

Actually Pol Pot gave Vietnam a series of ultimatum before launching attacks against Vietnam. Pol Pot also boasted about the incursions and did a few chest beating to show the power of KR fighting force.
Writing like yours don't win friend but creating an image of "infantile" for Cambodia. You can do a chorus sing here, but this habit will not bring friend internationally. You are doing more harm than good.
