Reaching an altitude of 2,000 km?
Then the rocket was over shot into space and never came back down to earth.

In spite of sanctions, including those the Chinese may have to offer,
North Korea will NOT stop its nuclear ballistic missile programs.

The US and its allies have two options:

1. The US alone, not with the useless Six-Party talks shall
talk place with North Korea without preconditions .
2. Should the # 1 above fail, without warning blow up North Korea.

Do it NOW, not later !!!

Aljazeera is messed up, at the height of 2,000 km the rocket is in the vacuum of space, therefore zero gravity (no weight). It cannot fall back down to earth.
The international space station is only about 400 km high.
