Ah Jong Rai Yor Sok Eysan, a Vietnamese secret agent hiding illegal Cambodian Government. Current Cambodian Government is still illegal because of Hun Sen (a Yong Yuon or a Vietnamese puppet). The world (such as the UN, International Donors, International Community, Human Right Watch, Global Witness, etc) has not yet been fooled as you idiot mentioned that Cambodia is a democratic country. The Democracy in Cambodia is fake since the World just let you, gullible and brainwashed CPP supporters, Hun Sen have a chance to lead the country of Cambodia and the World have been watching when the Vietnaemse puppet Hun Sen became a fake PM of Cambodia.
Hey idiot Sok Eysan, you must know that CPP (was originally invented in 1940s and 1950s by the evil ghost Ho Chi Minh as Mr. Sam Rainsy has already stated in Video clip). Yes, CPP was made in created by Vietnamese communitst and illestalled Hun Sen as their Vietnamese puppet so that Vietnamese communists and illegal Vietnamese immigrants or residents in Cambodia could benefit from it in order to destroy Cambodia and allow Cambodia be sucked dry by evil corrupted Communist Chinese and Vietnamese business dealers or traders. Yes, Cambodian farmers and natural resources have been destroyed gradually by these illegal Chinese and Vietnamese business dealers and traders.
The World can not or should not turn their blind eyes on Cambodia any more because of the fake democracy and illegal Cambodian government led Hun Sen (who was set up by the Vietnamese communists from Hanoi). The World has enough with Hun Sen for over 30 years just because they did not want to see bloody wars in Cambodia and Cambodian people.
For Chinese government or China, Chinese government needs to be aware that the reputation of Chinese will be awkward in the World stage because of Pol Pot (Khmer Rogues leader) during the Killing Fields. China has been blamed for their assistances to Pol Pot with the military supplies and weapons to fight against the Communist Vietnamese military or invadors led by Ho Chi Minh and Pham Van Dong. Chinese has been gullible and blind that the Communist Vietnamese secret agents hiding in Pol Pot's Khmer Rouges uniforms which pretented to be Khmer Rouges themselves that ended up killing millions of innocent and well-educated Cambodian (Khmer) people including innocent small Cambodian children. There were Khmer Vietminh armies (such Heng Samrin, Chea Sim, Hun Sen, etc) were led by Ho Chi Minh along with Khmer (Cambodian) teenagers which were captured by Communist Vietcong secret armies and sent to Vietnam-based camp in order for those Khmer teenagers to be trained and brainwashed (as seen in the Video showing the lines of the armed Khmer teenagers in April 1975). Those armed Khmer Rouges teenagers were accused as Khmer Rouges themselves in the blind eyes of the world.

Once again, Chinese governmen and people should be aware of the setup with Hun Sen (a Vietnamese puppet) that Chinese will be blamed again to help Pol Pot number 2 while the Communist Vietnamese secret agents hiding in current CPP government. Over time, Communist Chinese government will be only one who must be blamed for the Killing Fields in Cambodia while the Communist Vietnamese secret agents are hiding in Cambodian military and Cambodian Civian cloths. These Communist Vietnamese agents are very dangerous to Cambodia Cambodian people during Hun Sen's CPP regime when it comes to closing the doors to all The Cambodia Daily Newspaper Agency, NGO, NDI, VOA, RFA, VOD, the Western Non-Profit Organizations, etc. That means the second Killing Fields will be possible to occur again in the blind of the world.
Chinese needs to be aware that the UN will accuse you and Chinese government who are involved with the second Killing Fields instead of the Communist Vietnamese agents from Hanoi who are behind Hun Sen.
Communist Vietnamese government and agents are smart enough to play the dirty games by siding with the U.S. in order to fight against Chinese government. Communist Vietnamese government and leaders in Hanoi are still playing the dirty roles to manipulate the U.S. and the West to be sympathize those Vietnamese as the victims of Communist Chinese government. So, the U.S. government, especially, the Donald Trmp administrations, that they need to be aware of the dirty games and troubles steming from the Communsit Vietnamese agents or leaders in Hanoi.
Communist Vietnamese governments and leaders in Hanoi have planned their secret to take over Cambodia and Laos to be a part of Indochina which called Vietnam in the near future. This reminds us about Yugoslavia which was combined with Croatia, Serbia, Kosovo, etc.
Unter the embrella of Yugosalvia, many people there were constantly killed or murdered. So, the U.S. government including the European unions and UN should be cautious about the dirty and manipluative roles from the Communist Vietnamese agents from Hanoi. The Communist Vietnamese agents in Hanoi try to get personal gains economically and potentially against China when Cambodia and Laos are under the embrella of Indochina (which is secretly called Vietnam in the blind eyes of the world).
Vietnam is a land county was stolen from Cambodia (South Vietnam), China (North Vietnam) and Chmpa (Central Vietnam where the entire Cham population was wiped out from the world map).
