NB: Listen to the pathetic explanations. This sort of things can only happen in the Kingdom of Wonder. But, at least there is an official public apology in this latest totally avoidable case of unheard of criminal negligence over public safety.
It's enough for these officials to be described as "monkeys" by those not attuned to their rational methods or logic. Plant a huge metal power pole in the middle of a road being used any where in the world, plus zero safety or diversion measures taken - such as temporary barricades or warning signage - and fatalities are as certain as, nay, more certain than the public perception of unaccountability and mismanagement in this administration! Let alone having such an obstacle in the middle of a used road in a city notorious for its chaotic traffic system.
