Hun Sen is considering eliminating Hing Bun Heang

ហ៊ុន សែន, ហុក ឡង់ឌី និង ហ៊ីង ប៊ុនហៀង / Hun Sen, Hok Lundy and Hing Bun Heang (*)

តាមព័ត៌មានសម្ងាត់ ដែលទទួលបានពីផ្ទៃក្នុងគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ហ៊ុន សែន មានគម្រោងកម្ចាត់ ហ៊ីង ប៊ុនហៀង បន្ទាប់ពីដឹងថា ការស៊ើបអង្កេត ពីការវាយប្រហារដោយគ្រាប់បែក ថ្ងៃ ៣០ មីនា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៧ បានមកដល់ដំណាក់កាលចុងក្រោយហើយ នៅចំពោះមុខតុលាការប្រទេសក្រៅមួយ។ ករណីនេះ មិនខុសពីករណី ហុក ឡង់ឌី ដែល ហ៊ុន សែន បានបញ្ជាឲ្យសម្លាប់ ជា វិជ្ជា នៅឆ្នាំ ២០០៤ ហើយដែលត្រូវបាន ហ៊ុន សែន កម្ចាត់នៅឆ្នាំ ២០០៨ បន្ទាប់ពីការស៊ើបអង្កេតពីករណីឃាតកម្ម ជា វិជ្ជា ធ្វើឡើងដោយនគរបាលក្រៅប្រទេស បានបង្ហាញថាអ្នកបញ្ជាឲ្យសម្លាប់ ជា វិជ្ជា គឺ ហ៊ុន សែន ខ្លួនឯងតែម្តង។ ដូច្នេះហើយ បានជា ហ៊ុន សែន បានកម្ចាត់ ហុក ឡង់ឌី ដើម្បីបំបាត់សាក្សី និងភស្តុតាង។ ឥលូវនេះ ហ៊ីង ប៊ុនហៀង កំពុងតែភ័យខ្លួន ដោយដឹងថា ហ៊ុន សែន មានគម្រោងកម្ចាត់គាត់។ ចំពោះ ហ៊ុន សែន វិញ ក៏ឈប់ទុកចិត្ត ហ៊ីង ប៊ុនហៀង ដែរ ហើយក៏ភ័យខ្លួន ខ្លាច ហ៊ីង ប៊ុនហៀង ប្រតិកម្មមុនខ្លួនត្រូវគេកម្ចាត់។

(*) Confidential information received from a reliable CPP's internal source: Hun Sen is considering eliminating Hing Bun Heang, the head of his bodyguard unit, after learning that the inquiry into the 31 March 1997 grenade attack is nearing completion before the court of a foreign democratic country. 

The case is reminiscent of that of the late Hok Lundy, former National Police head, who had organised the assassination of union leader Chea Vichea in 2004 and who was subsequently eliminated by Hun Sen in 2008 when the latter learned that a professional investigation conducted by the police from a foreign democratic country was going to reveal the name of the mastermind of Chea Vichea’s assassination: Hun Sen himself. Hun Sen had to eliminate Hok Lundy because he needed to suppress any evidence pointing to his guilt.

Now, Hing Bun Heang has become very fearful because he has realised that Hun Sen is considering eliminating him as he did with Hok Lundy. As for Hun Sen, he doesn’t trust Hing Bun Heang anymore and has become fearful himself, being afraid of the possibility of Hing Bun Heang making a pre-emptive move and striking first as a measure of self-defence.
