Why can't he be as swift and tough towards these corrupt officials as he always shows himself to be against his peaceful critics and Opposition members, as well as rights workers and environmental activists?! After all, we are not talking about isolated cases, but rather long standing malaise afflicting the entire country and its now virtually decimated natural assets.

What are the primary purposes and functions of any governing body or administration if not safeguarding ordinary citizens from such abject and habitual abuses and official malpractices?
