Khmer Circle:

'Unexploded ordnance' poses a grave threat to human life
decades after the conclusion of a conflict, as indicated by its continued
legacy throughout much of Europe. The one notable paradox for Cambodia is that
although the US has its share of the responsibility over this blight, it isn't
so much the legacy of its 'carpet bombing' of the country in the 1960s that
continues to maim and cripple civilians but rather it is that of the Chinese
and Russian made ordnances that claim most of the casualties and fatalities
around.

The bombs had been planted there; mostly by the China-backed
KR faction and the Russian-backed Vietnamese forces in the latter phases of the
conflict in the late 1970s and much of the 1980s. Yet, neither Russia nor China,
and much less Vietnam - the victorious party - assumes due amount of moral or
practical responsibility for the plight they wrought upon the Khmer people.

The evil Yuon never cared. Only for themselves. They tried to say they save Cambodia from the Khmer rouge, but that was a lie. They have always supported the Khmer Rouge. Even as their puppet, the Khmer rouge knew the evil Yuon thieves was trying to steal land. Hun Sen and Pol Saroeun are members of the Khmer rouge who are still puppets of the evil Yuon.
