Six Mother Nature Cambodia activists released

 

សូមស្វាគមន៍ការវិលត្រលប់របស់សកម្មជនចលនាមាតាធម្មជាតិទាំង០៦នាក់

នៅយប់ថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២១នេះ វេលាម៉ោង០៧:០០ នាទី សកម្មជនបរិស្ថានទាំង០៦នាក់រួមមាន ថុន រដ្ឋា, ភួន កែវរស្មី, ឡុង គន្ធា, យីម លាងហ៉ី, លី ចន្រ្ទដារ៉ាវុធ, និង ស៊ុន រដ្ឋា ត្រូវបានដោះលែងអោយមានសេរីភាពឡើងវិញ បន្ទាប់ពីការជាប់ឃុំឃាំងទាំងអយុត្តិធម៌អស់រយៈពេលជាច្រើនខែ។ យើងមិនទាន់ដឹងពីលក្ខខណ្ឌ និងការកម្រិតសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពរបស់ពួកគេបន្ទាប់ពីការដោះលែងនេះនៅឡើយទេ។

យ៉ាងណាមុិញ យើងសូមសាទរចំពោះចំណាត់ការនេះ និងសង្ឃឹមថាពួកគេនឹងមិនរងសម្ពាធផ្នែកផ្លូវច្បាប់ណាមួយបន្ទាប់ពីការដោះលែងនោះទេ។

Just now, the six Mother Nature Cambodia activists Thun Ratha, Phuon Keorasmey, Long Kunthea, Yem Leanghy and Ly Chandaravuth, unjustly imprisoned from September of last year / this last June have been released from detention centers 1 & 2. We are still waiting to hear what the conditions of their release from jail are, but we hope that they will not be judicially harassed by the court.
