Signing treaties with Vietnam and agreeing to provisions that Cambodia will not raise issues over Kampuchea Krom and Koh Tral; subverting and undermining the principles and spirit of the Paris Peace Accords and the national constitution; putting border activists and critics as well as victims of Vietnam’s land encroachments behind bars; persecuting Khmer patriots and nationalists; suffocating civic and political dissent; muffling civil and democratic oppositions; these are the real “coffins” for the Khmer people and Cambodia.

Ah Chker Chkuot Hun Sen can hold on to power for a long time because he is a special animal: he has complied to all Yuon's demands, including the execution of the K5 project, and the 2005 supplemental treaty.
