Nothing new and surprise. Ah Chker Chkuot Hun Sen just implemented his infamous principal of "Khmer people and Cambodia Oss Ey Oss Touv, Kom Oy Teh Anh Oss Amnach".
Everything is possible with this evil one eyed monster Hun Sen, from the rise to power by colluding with the evil Vietnam to arrest Penn Sovann, the execution of the K5 project, the condonation of the influx of the illegal Vietnamese, the signing of the 2005 supplemental treaty, to the abuse of the constitution, suppression of freedom, the persecution of Khmer patriots, and the loss of economic incentive from Europe and the US, etc...And Hun Sen has never hesitant to do to preserve his power.
Even a blind man could see this was coming for Kem Sokha. Hun Sen will not leave him alone. For Hun Sen, just the thought that his enemy is alive or free would bother him greatly. He would do anything and everything to make sure that his enemy is not alive or free.
Nothing is certain in life except these three things: 1. Death 2. Taxes 3. Kem Sokha going to jail
Can the Cambodia National Rescue Party rescue Kem Sohka? The short answer is "no". The long answer is also "no, it can not".
