It was announced today that The Cambodian Oknha Association (C.O.A)  has been officially formed and registered with the Ministry of Interior.

At present, the Cambodian Oknha Association is led and guided by 32 board of directors with a 5-year-mandate.

The daily operation is implemented by the General Secretariat, and executed by a Secretary-General.

According to the press release from the Association, the vision of C.O.A is is “to maintain and promote the excellence of the titled Oknha in contributing to the government, to the development of society and the economy.”

It adds that Prime Minister Hun Sen agrees to be the Honorary President of the Association at the invitation of the President.

There are 03 types of memberships of the Cambodian Oknha Association, namely Founder Members, Active Members and Support Members.

Those who are entitled to Oknha or Neak Oknha through a Royal Decree issued by the King of the Kingdom of Cambodia could apply for Cambodian Oknha Association’s Members by fulfilling the terms and conditions stated in the Articles of the Cambodian Oknha Association and Internal Rules of the Cambodian Oknha Association.
