Unless Cambodia has a free and fair election to remove this Khmer traitor Hun Sen from power; otherwise, Vietnam will still have full control over Cambodia.
If Ah Chker Chkuot Hun Sen is a Khmer and love Cambodia, he must let Cambodia have a free and fair election so that Khmer people could select a competent leader. I think the people’s revolution to remove Hun Sen will open the door for the evil expansionist Vietnam to indirectly intervene and put a new puppet to serve Vietnam again. Only changing the leader through a general election that will save Cambodia and also save Hun Sen’s life. That's why Hun Sen needs to change his policy by releasing all political prisoners and let Cambodia have a free and fair election so that Khmer people could select a new leader who is free from Vietnam's control.
