ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរនៅភូមិគោកតែក ឃុំចន្ទ្រា ស្រុកចន្ទ្រា ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ថាអាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាម បានបង្ខំឲ្យគាត់កាយដីដែលលើកភ្លឺស្រែនៅជិតព្រំដែនវិញ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ មេសា កន្លងទៅ។ ពលរដ្ឋចាត់ទុកថា ទង្វើអាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាម ជាការមើលងាយ និងរំលោភសិទ្ធិពួកគាត់។ រីឯអាជ្ញាធរខ្មែរថាជាការអនុវត្តទៅតាមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងឆ្នាំ១៩៩៥ ដែលឲ្យភាគីប្រទេសទាំងពីររក្សាស្ថានភាពដើម។

I don't see any menacing Vietnamese at the border (ok, check the picture again), so Mr. Hun Sen does not need to protect anything.
CNRP needs to obey the law, not breaking it. CNRP is breaking the law and distracting Mr. Hun Sen. CNRP is the trouble maker preventing Mr. Hun Sen from protecting the border.
