School of Vice: How much longer will the Cambodian people have to put up with this national humiliation and ecological degradation in the name of "solidarity"? Would Vietnam or any other countries tolerate such floating shanty towns populated in the main by foreign migrants (illegal or otherwise) and with all their polluting and corrosive effects upon similairly vital ecosystems impacting human and wild life in millions?
