Cambodia urges diplomats to attract tourists, investors
PHNOM PENH, Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Hor Namhong on Saturday advised the country's ambassadors and consuls-general to focus on attracting foreign tourists and investors.

"To attract more tourists to Cambodia, the issuance of visas (to tourists) entering Cambodia must be done as soon as possible and overcharging the formal visa fees must be avoided," he said during a meeting here with 26 ambassadors and eight consuls-general to countries.
He instructed them to promote Cambodia's investment potential and favorable law and regulation to foreign investors.
In addition, the deputy prime minister told the diplomats not to spare effort in assisting Cambodian citizens living, studying and working overseas. Enditem
