ថ្ងៃ ១៥ មិនា ២០១៦ ខាងមុខនេះ ជាខួបទី៥ នៃថ្ងៃដែលតំណាងរាស្ត្រគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា បានបណ្តេញខ្ញុំពីរដ្ឋសភា បន្ទាប់ពីខ្ញុំបានត្រូវតុលាការអាយ៉ង កាត់ទោសឲ្យខ្ញុំជាប់ពន្ធនាគារ ១២ ឆ្នាំ ដោយសារខ្ញុំបានដកបង្គោល ដែលបរទេសឈ្លានពាន បានចូលមកបោះក្នុងទឹកដីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា នៅភូមិកោះក្បានកណ្តាល ឃុំសំរោង ស្រុកចន្ទ្រា ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង។

បង្គោលនោះ គ្រាន់តែជាបង្គោលតម្រុយប៉ុណ្ណោះ ដែលបរទេសយកមកជន្លយើង ដើម្បីបំភ័យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ដែលរស់នៅតាមដងព្រំប្រទល់ដែន។ បើយើងមិនប្រតិកម្ម បង្គោលតម្រុយនោះ នឹងក្លាយទៅជាបង្គោលស្ថាពរ ដូចនៅតំបន់ជាច្រើន តាមដងព្រំប្រទល់ដែន ប្រវែងជាង ១២០០ គីឡូម៉ែត្រ។

តែដោយខ្ញុំបានធ្វើឲ្យមតិជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ ផ្អើលនៅកន្លែងដែលខ្ញុំបានដកបង្គោលនោះ ទឹកដីនៅតំបន់នោះ នៅតែគ្រប់គ្រងដោយជនជាតិខ្មែរដដែល ហើយដីស្រែកសិករខ្មែរនៅទីនោះ នៅតែជាទឹកដីប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដដែល។

ចម្លែកណាស់ នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាសព្វថ្ងៃ ៖ អ្នកការពារទឹកដី ត្រូវគេតាមចាប់ដាក់គុក តែអ្នកធ្វើឲ្យបាត់បង់ទឹកដី ធ្វើព្រងើយទៅវិញ។

(*) March 15, 2016 marks the 5th anniversary of my (third) expulsion from the National Assembly in connection with a border incident where I uprooted a controversial border marker planted by an agressive neighboring country in Svay Rieng province. I was sentenced to 12 years in prison for that incident which, in fact, prevented Cambodia -- through the noise it produced -- from losing a portion of her territory. The concerned Cambodian farmers have successfully defended their ricefields in that area, which means all Cambodians have successfully defended their Motherland's territory.
