សហគមន៍​ខ្មែរ​នៅ​ក្រៅប្រទេសបាតុកម្មប្រឆំាងវត្តមានលោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត​

The organisers of Hun Manet's visit to Australia could have chosen a better time [or venue]  than to launch this 'free' lunch-dinner event at this time, with Kem Ley's 100th day commemoration [an important religious event in Khmer life] since his assassination approaching and many of his friends and compatriots there still in mourning. Perhaps, as with the previous confrontational and controversial visit to the US, Manet himself feels that he cannot afford to 'lose face' by backing down in spite or because of the specter of protest from among overseas Khmers against his visit; that he needs to reassure CPP supporters every where that as far as they are concerned it is very much business as usual. 

Ley himself had noted following his last visit to Australia that many wealthy and powerful figures linked to the CPP regime have been flocking to Australia to buy up luxury properties there as one means of spreading their wealth and assets abroad; an insurance policy or undertaking against political uncertainty and possible change in Cambodia. This is a well-established practice of corrupt rulers and abusive regimes around the world, and not something confined to the Hun dynasty and its clans alone. Certainly, if some ordinary Khmers welcome Manet to Australia or any country other than Cambodia, they are, like their compatriots back home in their native country, are either ignorant of this larger agenda of the ruling CPP or are prepared to accept with gratitude the crumbs falling off its rich but bloodstained table despite the knowledge that the riches as such have solely been accumulated on the back of unacceptable human suffering and unprecedented environmental degradation and ruins in Cambodia. This too - the power of money and the influence it could create and consolidate through economic patronage - is hardly novel. All political dictatorships - from Ferdinand Marcos of the Philippines to Qaddafi of Libya - created and relied on this reciprocated network of constituents and trusted loyalists made up of people drawn from across the societal spectrum - from village chiefs to members of the armed forces; all this achievable with only the feed of the crumbs...

សហគមន៍ខ្មែរនៅទីក្រុងម៉ែលប៊ន គ្រោងធ្វើពិធីបុណ្យខួប១០០ថ្ងៃ លោកបណ្ឌិត កែម ឡី នៅថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែតុលាខាងមុខនេះ ខណៈលោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត ទៅបំពេញទស្សនៈកិច្ចនៅទីក្រុងនោះ ហើយក្រុមគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ត្រៀមរៀបចំពិធីជប់លៀងទទួលស្វាគមន៍សមាជិកថ្មីនៃគណបក្សនេះ នៅថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែតុលា ពោលមុនពីរថ្ងៃនៃគម្រោងធ្វើបុណ្យខួប១០០ថ្ងៃឲ្យលោកបណ្ឌិត កែម ឡី។

ក្រុមអ្នកតវ៉ាបាននាំគា្នលើកបដានិងស្រែកទាមទារឲ្យលោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត ត្រឡប់មកប្រទេសកម្ពុជាវិញ ហើយពួកគេក៏បានស្រែកដោយចោទគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាថា ជាអ្នកនៅពីក្រោយនៃការសម្លាប់លោកបណ្ទិត កែម ឡី ផងដែរ។

តំណាងរាស្ត្រមានដើមកំណើតខ្មែរប្រចាំរដ្ឋវ៉ិកតូរីយ៉ា (Victoria) ប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលី លោក ហុង លីម ដែលចូលរួមដឹកនាំបាតុកម្មនោះបានថ្លែងថាការដែលលោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត រៀបចំពិធីជប់លៀងស្វាគមន៍សមាជិកថ្មីនៃគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជានេះបានធ្វើឲ្យខាតបង់លុយរដ្ឋអស់រាប់ម៉ឺនដុល្លារ។

លោកបន្ថែមថា៖ “ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត ត្រឡប់ទៅវិញទៅ! CPP ឃាតករ!យើងថាមានលុយប្រហែល១៤ម៉ឺន[ញុំាបាយ]មួយពេលនេះ ដែលគេយកមកបំផ្លាញ យើងគិតថាបើលុយទាំងអស់នេះយកទៅជួយជាតិ ជួយអ្នកក្រ អ្នករហេមរហាមដែលយើងឃើញមិនចេះ ចប់មិនចេះហើយនឹងមានប្រយោជន៍ជាង“។

យ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយលោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត បានថ្លែងប្រាប់អ្នកសារព័ត៌មានមុនលោកចាកចេញពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជាទៅកាន់ប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលីថា លោកមិនចាប់អារម្មណ៍នឹងការធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆំាងវត្តមានលោកនោះទេ ដោយស្នើឲ្យក្រុមបាតុករធ្វើបាតុកម្មគោរពតាមច្បាប់ប្រទេសនោះ៖ “ការបញ្ចេញមតិរបស់បងប្អូនទៅទីនេះមិនមានអ្វីដែលគួរឲ្យព្រួយបារម្ភទេ កុំឲ្យតែធ្វើអ្វីលើសព្រំដែននៃច្បាប់ (ច្បាប់ប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលី) ហើយប៉ះពាល់ទៅដល់លើសពីព្រំដែននៃអំពើអហិង្សា ហើយក្នុងការចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីក៏ជាសិទ្ធិរបស់ខ្ញុំ គឺជាសិទ្ធិរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅទីនោះដែរ យើងគោរពគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក“។

ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរមួយចំនួននៅក្រៅប្រទេសតែងតែធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំងនឹងមេដឹកនាំកម្ពុជានៅពេលពួកគេទៅក្រៅប្រទេសដូចជា កាលពីឆ្នាំ២០១៥ ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរនៅអាមេរិកនិងបារាំងនាំគ្នាធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំងនឹងលោក ហ៊ុន សែន និងលោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត ដោយថាការដឹកនាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជាមានការរំលោភសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស៕
