I remember one time when my dad gave me money to pay the electricity bill but instead I bought a lottery ticket for the chance to win a brand new car. When I got home, I explained to my dad what I had done and he beat the crap out of me. But the next day, when my dad woke up and opened the door, outside my house was a brand new car. We all cried, especially me, because the car belonged to an electricity company worker. He was there to cut off the electricity; my dad beat the crap out of me again.
Yes he make a good joke it like i heard a lot about Hun sen is going to get a big problem every day from ICC EU US but nothing are happen to him and He still barking like a wild dog and I don't think electric company come fast like him.

Double jeopardy.
After you got beaten the crap out twice, the electricity company worker's daughter felt sorry for you, then she decided to marry you.
Soon after, her ex-boyfriend beaten the crap out of you and your wife ran off with her ex-boyfriend.
The moral of the story is: Gambling is bad for you.

If you agree that Hun Sen is dog then a dog’s job is to bark, there is nothing you can do about it.
