You need to crack down on the Vietnamese folks who are the dog eaters, too, but not just Chinese. Vietnamese folks are very cruel to the innocent dogs, too.
Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4oj7DalsFbY showing that the Vietnamese folks eat dog meat. There are some illegal Vietnamese immigrants in Cambodia and Laos are trying to kill dog for meat as well.
