Trump: China ‘Has Not Worked Out’ to Help With North Korea

President Donald Trump said on Twitter that China has failed to help the United States curtail North Korea, one day before U.S. and Chinese officials are set to talk diplomacy and security. “While I greatly appreciate the efforts of President Xi & China to help with North Korea, it has not worked out. At least I know China tried!” Kim Jong-un’s military has tested nine ballistic missiles since Trump took office. The U.S. holds the regime culpable for the death of Otto Warmbier, who fell into a coma following his arrest in 2016.
