The international community has helped Cambodia so much already.
Khmer people need to help themselves too.
If Khmer people felt that the 1991 Paris Peace Accord has not been complied by Yuon Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen, they have to show their discontent by mounting a massive peaceful demonstration demanding the signatory countries to review such accord.
Cambodia problem is complex because it is controlled by the evil Yuon.
Therefore, a sizeable number of death must be arisen from such peaceful demonstration first before the international community could intervene and help Cambodia.
For example, the peaceful demonstration to make the government find Dr. Kem Ley's killers is the right thing to do - an absolute just cause to fight for.
We did not do anything to force Hun Sen to find the killers of Chea Vichea, Chhut Vuthy, Touch Srey Nich, etc...
Now, we do not do anything to force Hun Sen to find Dr. Kem Ley's killers.
Why do we expect to see a different outcome if we continue to do the same thing ?
The same input will produce exactly the same output.
If Ah Kouk Chker Soth Hun Sen violently suppressed the peaceful demonstrators, who marched to demand the government to find Dr. Kem Ley's killers, and killed a lot of people, then the international community has the morale obligation to intervene and rescue Cambodia one more time.
Dr. Kem Ley had sacrificed his life for Khmer people and Cambodia.
Khmer people need to make their ultimate sacrifice in order to find justice for him
Justice will not drop from the sky to serve Khmer people.
