Ah Kwack Hun Sen, on the contrary. took side with Yuon to topple Penn Sovann and execute such K5 project, resulting of hundreds of thousands of young Khmer deaths.
To resolve the current crisis, Khmer people should stage a nationwide peaceful demonstration demanding the signatory countries of the 1991 Paris Peace Accord to reconvene and help Cambodia one more time. We have to help ourselves first.
