"We strongly condemn such a barbaric act," he said.

The Cambodian prime minister also extended his deepest sympathy and profound condolences to the government and people of the U.S. for the loss of innocent lives in the brutal shooting.

Ah Kwack Hun Sen,
Condemn yourself for killing hundreds of thousands of Khmer people through the K5 project, the grenade attack, the 1997 coup d'Etat, the 99 years land concession to Yuon, the signing of the 2005 supplemental treaty with Yuon, resulting the loss of Koh Trol, the rampant corruption which led to Khmer misery, etc....

Khmer people are simply sick to see your one eye face and wish you to go to hell in this 2017. One of your bodyguards will take care you soon, sending you to see Sok Ann and Ah Sdach Chkuot Sihanouk in hell 69 in late 2017 or early 2018.
