@8:38AM, not only Stung Treng would be lost, but the whole Cambodia will be lost to foreigners. Foreigners have a lot of money to buy lands and will kick out the Khmer.
Look at Israel. Israelites bought the lands in Palestine then kick out the Palestinians then build the wall around their settlements. In Phnom Penh, there are already gated communities. If you don't live there, you cannot enter. Khmer cannot afford to live in those gated communities.
May I suggest the Khmer to get high-paying jobs then save money to buy your own lands?

Kampot and Sihanoukville have already been lost to Chinese. Most of Koh Kong beaches are now owned by Chinese or Chinese companies. The local people are not allowed to be there.
The last time Chut Wutty were in Koh Kong, he was shot dead by Cambodian officers who were protecting the Chinese from Chut Wutty's violence attack.
