ក្រុមហ៊ុនបញ្ជាទិញ ព្រមាន ហ៊ុន សែន ពីនយោបាយគាបសង្កត់របស់គាត់

សមាគមតំណាងឲ្យក្រុមហ៊ុនអន្តរជាតិធំៗជាងគេបំផុត ដែលជាអ្នកបញ្ជាទិញសម្លៀកបំពាក់ ផលិតនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ទើបតែបានសរសេរលិខិតមួយច្បាប់ទៅលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ដែលមានខ្លឹមសារដូចតទៅ ៖ "យើងចង់សម្តែងពីកង្វល់កាន់តែខ្លាំងឡើងរបស់យើង ទាក់ទងទៅនឹងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ថ្មីៗ ដែលមិនត្រឹមតែប៉ះពាល់ដល់សិទ្ធិរបស់កម្មករប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ តែបាននាំមកផងដែរ នូវបរិយាកាសមួយ ដែល ធ្វើឲ្យការការពារសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ស្រុតចុះ។ ដូច្នេះ យើងស្នើឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលរបស់លោក ធានាការគោរពសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងសេរីភាពជាមូលដ្ឋាន ព្រមទាំងផ្តល់ការការពារពេញលេញ ចំពោះអ្នកការពារសិទ្ធិមនុស្សទាំងអស់ នៅក្នុងប្រទេសរបស់លោក។ សេរីភាពនយោបាយ នីតិរដ្ឋ និងការគោរពសិទ្ធិពលរដ្ឋ និងសិទ្ធិការងារ ដូចមានចែងក្នុងសន្ធិសញ្ញាអន្តរជាតិ គឺជាការចាំបាច់ សម្រាប់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិ និងធុរកិច្ច ប្រកបដោយស្មារតីទទួលខុសត្រូវ។"

“We write to express our growing concern over recent developments that not only seem to undermine progress towards improving worker rights, but also appear to have created an environment that has weakened protection of human rights. As such, we also urge your government to guarantee respect of human rights and fundamental freedoms and to provide full protection of all human rights defenders in your country. Political freedoms, rule of law, and enforcement of international civil and labor rights are essential for international trade and responsible business.

Conclusion for the Cambodian people: Keep Hun Sen, have no freedom and no jobs, or get rid of Hun Sen, and have freedom and jobs in abundance.
