India - also known as "the world's largest democracy" - is a country with the capability to send satellites into space and arm itself with nuclear weapons, yet still lacks the capacity to feed its own hungry population!
As for Cambodia, why not engaging India in this cultural task when "fraternal Vietnam" is entrusted with everything else of profound and sensitive national importance, including army intelligence, training military officers as well as border-mapping technicians?! Not to mention using border maps made in Vietnam...
No wonder comrade Heng Samrin is privately disgruntled about his birth place being identified as lying within Vietnam's territory! No? You bet!

Well, this clueless regime was on the verge of letting India has its own way over building an exact replica of Angkor Wat essentially to rival the Taj Mahal as another cash cow for that country, that is until some of us here explained why this was not such a good idea for the Khmer nation and its heritage!
This propensity to err on the side of grand unthinking naiivity is partly the reason why we keep repeating ourselves somewhat here! In other words we err too, but on the side of Truth!
Boycott all India's products and launch a picket in front of Indian embassies around the world.
