GDPដាក់​លក្ខខណ្ឌ ៩​ចំណុច មុន​ចូលរួម​ក្នុង​ស្ថាប័ន​ដែល​របប​លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បង្កើត​ឡើង

The Khmer people, perhaps, on the whole, understand the deceitful tactics and facade of the ruling CPP regime better than they are given credit for by opting to overlook these smaller contesting parties at the recent general elections, and rightly so. 

No serious democratic challengers or aspirants would ignore the most glaring and minimum of prerequisites of any electoral contest or participation: existence of an independent electoral commission as well as the reinstatement of the arbitrarily or unconstitutionally dissolved former main Opposition in the CNRP which carried over half of the entire registered voters in the country - about just over three million voters. Although, the CPP "won" by a narrow margin of votes at the 2013 elections, these figures had in all likelihood been manufactured by the then also ruling party-controlled NEC alarmed by the electoral revolt of the Cambodian people longing for a change. 

However, even the said narrow margin of CPP victory as it was serves a useful manipulative purpose and propaganda in this exercise in shameless political theater and self-preservation; much as the current appeasement and concessions offered to the losing 19 hapless political parties along with the recent releases of imprisoned opposition officials and critics are alike meant to soften or deflect the focus from the real blow to multi-party democracy in Cambodia itself.    

Among the reasons cited by a spokesman of one of these smaller parties - GDP - for the decision to participate in the July elections is that its activists and rank and file members have at least acquired invaluable experience through such participation or exercise. Yet, this kind of argument appears both desperately contrived and misguided if not deliberately misleading or disingenuous when placed against the enormity of the political context of such apparent acceptance and acknowledgement by these token players over the otherwise disturbing illegitimacy and illegality staged by the ruling CPP for both domestic and world witnesses. 

What this electoral participation of the 19 smaller parties in fact amounts to is their actively helping to hold down the hands-tied innocent victims [Khmer people] in order to make sure the executioner's axe falls squarely on their necks! 

But, how long will it be before the same axe is swayed in their direction?  Cambodia had surely been here before with the neighbouring states to the East and West...?

បណ្ឌិត យ៉ង សាំងកុមារ បាន​បញ្ជាក់​ប្រាប់​អាស៊ីសេរី នៅ​ថ្ងៃទី២៨ សីហា ថា លក្ខខណ្ឌ​សំខាន់ៗ​មួយ​ចំនួន​ដែល​លោក​បាន​ដាក់​ចេញ រួមមាន សមាជិក​របស់​ឧត្ដមក្រុមប្រឹក្សា​នេះ មិន​ចាំ​បាច់​មាន​ឋានៈ​ស្មើ​ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ឬ​មន្ត្រី​ជាន់ខ្ពស់​ក្នុង​រដ្ឋាភិបាល​នោះ​ទេ។ គណបក្ស​នយោបាយ គួរ​ទទួល​បាន​ការឧបត្ថម្ភ​ពី​ថវិកាជាតិ ដែល​បរិមាណ​ថវិកា​នេះ គឺ​អាស្រ័យ​លើ​ចំនួន​សន្លឹកឆ្នោត ដែល​គណបក្ស​នីមួយៗ​ទទួល​បាន​ពី​ការបោះឆ្នោត។ ក្រៅពីនោះ លោក​ក៏​ស្នើ​ឲ្យ​មានការ​អនុញ្ញាត​លើ​ការ​ស្ទង់មតិ​ទៀងទាត់​ក្នុង​ចំណោម​ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ លើ​កម្រិត​នៃ​ការ​ពេញ​ចិត្ត ឬ​មិន​ពេញចិត្ត​លើ​ការដឹកនាំ​របស់​រដ្ឋាភិបាល ការ​ស្ទង់មតិ​លើ​សេចក្ដីព្រាងច្បាប់​នានា ការរៀបចំ​ឲ្យ​មានការ​បោះឆ្នោត​ជ្រើសរើស​អភិបាល​រាជធានី ខេត្ត ក្រុង ជាដើម​។ ជាមួយគ្នា​នេះ លោក​ក៏​ស្នើ​ឲ្យ​មាន​ការ​លើកស្ទួយ​តួនាទី និង​សេរីភាព​ប្រព័ន្ធ​ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និង​អង្គការ​សង្គម​ស៊ីវិល ព្រមទាំង​មានការ​ដោះលែង​អ្នកទោស​មនសិការ​ទាំង​អស់។



គិត​មក​ទល់​ពេល​នេះ ក្នុង​ចំណោម​គណបក្ស​នយោបាយ​ចំនួន​១៩ ដែល​បាន​ចូលរួម​ក្នុង​ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍​បោះឆ្នោត​ដ៏​ចម្រូងចម្រាស​ថ្ងៃ​ទី២៩ កក្កដា មាន​គណបក្ស​ចំនួន ២ ប៉ុណ្ណោះ ដែល​រក្សា​ជំហរ​ច្បាស់លាស់​មិន​ចូលរួម​ក្នុង​ឧត្ដមក្រុមប្រឹក្សា​ពិគ្រោះ និង​ផ្តល់​យោបល់​របស់​លោក ហ៊ុន សែន នេះ ក្នុង​នោះ​មាន គណបក្ស​សម្ព័ន្ធ​ដើម្បី​ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ( LDP ) និង​គណបក្ស​ខ្មែរ​ឈប់​ក្រ ខណៈ​គណបក្ស​ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ​មូលដ្ឋាន ( GDP ) និង​គណបក្ស​មាតុភូមិ​យើង ហាក់​បង្ហាញ​ជំហរ​មិន​ច្បាស់​លាស់ ដោយ​នៅ​បើក​ចំហ​ពី​លទ្ធភាព​នៃ​ការចូលរួម​ក្នុង​យន្តការ​នេះ។

ក្រុម​អ្នកវិភាគ​រិះគន់​ថា ឧត្ដមក្រុមប្រឹក្សា​ពិគ្រោះ និង​ផ្ដល់​យោបល់​នេះ នឹង​ក្លាយ​ជា​ការ​ខ្ជះខ្ជាយ​ថវិកាជាតិ បង្កើត​ឡើង​ដើម្បី​គ្រាន់តែ​ជា​រូបភាព​ល្អមើល​ប៉ុណ្ណោះ ដោយសារតែ​លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ត្រូវការ​ភាព​ស្របច្បាប់ និង​មិន​ចង់​ឲ្យ​មើល​ឃើញ​ពី​សភា​ឯកបក្ស​របស់​លោក៕
