This killer keeps killing because he has never gotten punished. The culture of impunity must end in Cambodia. Ah Hun Shit was never afraid to do anything to please his master Yuon to stay in power such as executing the K5 project resulting of hundreds of thousands of Young Khmer men dead, the 1997 coup d'Etat, the 2017 dissolution of the CNRP, etc... Hopefully, Hun Shit's savage regime will end in this 2019.
You need snipers or drones to end his regime. Talk alone won't change a thing.
The other option is all khmers to rise up against him. But I highly doubt that it will happen since khmers are not known to be brave enough do such thing. That's one of the reasons why Hun Sen can stay in power for this long while abusing khmers everyday.
