ខ្ញុំសូមបញ្ជាក់ម្តងទៀតថា ខ្ញុំនឹងវិលត្រឡប់មកប្រទេសកម្ពុជាវិញនេះ គឺមិនមែនឲ្យ ហ៊ុន សែន ចាប់ខ្ញុំទេ តែខ្ញុំនឹងបំផុសកម្លាំងប្រជារាស្ត្រ និងកងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធស្នេហាជាតិ ដើម្បីទៅចាប់ ហ៊ុន សែន វិញ ហើយអូស ក ហ៊ុន សែន យកទៅកាត់ទោស ពីបទធ្វើបាបប្រជារាស្ត្រ បំផ្លាញជាតិ ប្លន់ជាតិ លក់ជាតិ និងក្បត់ជាតិ។

(*) I want to make it clear again that I am not coming back to Cambodia to get arrested by Hun Sen but to mobilise the people and the patriotic armed forces to arrest Hun Sen so as to put him on trial as a national traitor who has ill-treated our people while destroying, plundering, selling and betraying our country.
