But, if you happen to pass through the capital Phnom Penh and fancy a stroll by the once popular historical "River Mouth" for a spot of sunrise, well, more than likely you'll have to wait until the sun rises past the hotel tower complex that stands on the Chroy Chongva peninsula right to the immediate east of the riverbank and the grand Royal Palace...
