Hun Sen doesn't hesitate to risk the lives of the Cambodian population because he badly wants to please the Chinese, whose support he desperately needs to maintain his dictatorial, corrupt and traitorous regime.

Cambodia’s Health Minister Mam Bun Heng reportedly said on January 29, 2020 that the deadly Coronavirus is unlikely to spread in Cambodia because of this country’s hot climate. He added that the pneumonia-like virus cannot survive in temperatures higher than 30C, and therefore, people-to-people infections are unlikely in Cambodia. Can someone please tell Hun Sen and his stupid minister of health that the World Health Organisation has now declared Coronavirus a global health emergency. This applies even in hot countries, with cases having been confirmed in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines and India, as well as in Cambodia.

CAMBODIA'S HEALTH MINISTER IS RIDICULED FOR SAYING THAT THE COUNTRY IS TOO HOT FOR A CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK
Cambodia's health minister has been rebuked for claiming that the country is too hot for a coronavirus outbreak. Mam Bunheng claimed to a Phnom Penh newspaper that the virus cannot spread in temperatures higher than 86F (30C). Research suggests it is not that simple, and opposition politician Rainsy Sam was quick to point out that the human body temperature is usually far higher, around 99F (37C).
