Are these findings actual figures reflective of the virus infections happening in the country or are they what the Health Ministry says they are?!
It is at times such as this that Khmer people might come to appreciate the meaning of transparency and accountability as well as the input of "civil society" that only - and only - a country and state abiding by the principles of democracy and its check and balance mechanisms could provide and deliver. Yet, generations after generations of Khmer people have never truly experienced real democracy and, so instead their welfare and fate are entirely in the hands of a tiny minority who thrive on the back of their daily and long term miseries and who could even count on the "stability" and inertia of the many that disinformation, constant threats of various kind and token yet critical patronage ['critical' since most of them still survive on so little, economically, despite suggestion by 'growth' statistics that state-run media and pro-regime writers spin in order to mislead and manipulate] offer in their ultimate aim to remain in charge - regardless of public and national consequences.

Don't believe the communists. Hun Sen was a communist and he is still a communist. Most of his friends are communists: China, Vietnam and Laos.
