Why don't Ah Prett Hun Sen invoke the 1991 Paris Peace Accord ?
Ah Prett Hun Sen wanted to dismiss the 1991 Paris Peace Accord so that he could keep his power. So when the problems from the evil Vietnam and Thailand arise, Ah Prett Hun Sen could not do anything except do the "monkey laugh".
This evil Vietnam kept trying to steal Cambodia's land all the time because they will not lose anything if Cambodia fiercely protest of its illegal claim or advance. Khmer people should start bringing the case of Koh Trol and Kampuchea Krom to ICJ about the evil Vietnam stole Khmer land. This way, we put the evil Vietnam in a defensive position.
