ការបាត់ខ្លួន នៃអ្នកប្រឆាំងថៃ មួយរូប នៅកម្ពុជា

ការចាប់ខ្លួន នៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃ ០៤ មិថុនា កន្លងទៅនេះ ហើយការបាត់ខ្លួន តាំងថ្ងៃនោះមក នៃអ្នកប្រឆាំងថៃ ឈ្មោះ វ៉ាន់ឆាឡឺម សាតស័ក្តិសិទ្ធ (Wanchalearm Satsaksit)  គឺច្បាស់ជាមាន ហ៊ុន សែន នៅពីក្រោយ ពីព្រោះគាត់មានជំនាញខាងអំពើភេរវកម្ម រៀបចំដោយរដ្ឋអំណាច។
ក្នុងឋានៈខ្ញុំ ជាមេដឹកនាំគណបក្សប្រឆាំង ខ្ញុំត្រូវបាន ហ៊ុន សែន ប៉ុនប៉ងសម្លាប់ជាច្រើនលើកមកហើយ។ ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏បានបញ្ជាឲ្យបរិវារគាត់ សម្លាប់សហការីខ្ញុំ និងអ្នកគាំទ្រគណបក្សប្រឆាំង ដែលបានបាត់បង់ជិវិតរាប់សិបនាក់ រួចទៅហើយ។ ថ្មីៗនេះ ហ៊ុន សែន បានគំរាមជាសាធារណៈថា គាត់នឹងឲ្យគេលួចសម្លាប់ ឬលួចចាប់ខ្ញុំ នៅពេលដែលខ្ញុំកំពុងតែនៅនិរទេស នៅក្រៅប្រទេស។ ខ្ញុំបានប្រាប់ទៅនគរបាលបារាំង អំពីបំណងឧក្រិដ្ឋរបស់ ហ៊ុន សែន នេះ។ ខ្ញុំជឿថាអាជ្ញាធរបារាំង បានព្រមានទៅ ហ៊ុន សែន វិញ កុំឲ្យគាត់ហ៊ានប្រព្រឹត្តអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋបែបនេះ នៅលើទឹកដីប្រទេសបារាំង។
តែនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ហ៊ុន សែន មិនត្រឹមតែមិនការពារជនភៀសខ្លួនមកពីប្រទេសជិតខាង ដូចច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិតម្រូវនោះទេ គាត់មានតែរៀបចំឲ្យគេចាប់  និងកម្ចាត់ជនភៀសខ្លួនទាំងនោះតែម្តង។ ក្នុងករណីជនភៀសខ្លួនថៃចុងក្រោយនេះ ហ៊ុន សែន ច្បាស់ជាចង់ឲ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំប្រទេសថៃ សងគុណគាត់ ហើយជួយគាត់ម្តងវិញ ដោយទៅចាប់ជនជាតិខ្មែរ រស់នៅប្រទេសថៃ ដែលប្រឆាំងរបបទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញសព្វថ្ងៃ។

(*) The abduction in Phnom Penh on June 4 of Thai political activist Wanchalearm Satsaksit bears the fingerprints of Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen who is an expert in such acts of state terrorism.

As leader of the Cambodian opposition, I have myself been the target of several attacks which have cost dozens of my colleagues and sympathizers their lives.

More recently, Hun Sen has publicly threatened to have me abducted while in exile abroad.  I have informed the French police of Hun Sen’s criminal intentions. It’s possible that the French authorities have dissuaded the brutal dictator from carrying out his threat.

But in Cambodia, rather than protecting political refugees from neighbouring countries, Hun Sen has no qualms about arresting them and getting them eliminated. The deal in this case probably involves reciprocal action against Cambodians living in Thailand who oppose the Hun Sen regime.
