Great "Bandit" Sok Touch, it's not all the maps that are available to you that make people think you are politically biased in favour of the CPP; it's about WHICH maps you actually endorse in this case and the approved "validity" bestowed upon them by the two countries' regimes! 

 

It's what is being used to draw the delimitation lines that translates into realities on the grounds. What's telling is that the whole delimitation process is completely off-limits to independent or interested third parties' verification. Come to think of it, there is not even a single genuine opposition party in the country to hold your CPP administration to account over any of its actions and decisions!
