Ah Chker Chkuot Hun Sen was a gangster (look at his fucking face) and Ah Sdach Chkuot Sihanouk was Ah Lob ( he thought the evil Vietnam was Cambodia, so he got mad when they divided the evil Vietnam in two ).
No wonder, Cambodia is so miserable. Cambodia got 2 crazy animals - Sihanouk, Hun Sen - as leaders.
