D1: So you're the current chair of ASEAN. Do you need to report back to the ASEAN members after this visit?
D2: I can if they want me to. Don't worry, those clowns don't care about human right abuses, coups or killings or anything in our countries. They only care about their own survivals.
D1: Yeah, they are no better than us. The truth is ASEAN is one big evil family. We have a see-no-evil, hear-no-evil policy so the abuses/killings can continue in each of our countries without any interference from any of the ASEAN countries. We are so lucky to belong to such family.
D2: BTW, why are you keep wearing skirts?
D1: I've been feeling tremendous heat since the coup so I need fresh air to cool off my brother inside my skirt.
D2: That makes sense. One thing surprises me is to see how brave your people are that they still dare to come out protesting after you've killed many of them since the coup. I'm lucky because my Khmer people are very obedient like a very good behaved dog. Each time they start to make noise, I kill them so now they are very quiet. The reason I can be a dictator for so long is because of their good behavior. They're so afraid of me.
D1: Yeah, my people are too crazy for me to handle sometimes but my soldiers will start shooting them again after your visit is over. I can't do it now because you're here. It won't look good on you that people die because of your visit.
D2: Thanks bro do whatever you want, you have my support and I have my big brothers' supports from Vietnam and China. We are the untouchables.

Hun Sen is the husband whereas Min Aung Hlaing is a good strong wife, who can bite Hun Sen's penis off anytime.
