Dictator 1 (D1): Min Aung Hlaing
Dictator 2 (D2): Hun Sen
Dictator 2 (D2): Hun Sen
D1: Thanks for visiting me. It means so much to me right now as I feel so isolated domestically and internationally. Nobody wants to talk to me anymore except my dogs.
D2: You're the enemy of everybody. No other head of state will come to visit you except me so you owe me big one. Pay me back when the time comes.
D1: Human Right Watch is watching us very closely so we should keep a low profile of your visit.
D2: I don't care about HRW. Besides watching us, what else can they do? You know very well that I don't care about human rights. The only right I care about is my right to do anything I want and to kill anybody I want.
D1: Me too. Those guys can only bark but no bites. You must have seen the protests by my people against you coming here. I thought they only hate me but it turns out they hate you even more.
D2: Very funny. I don't care about the protests but I really don't like when they burn or step on my pictures because that will give me many years of bad luck.
D1: What bad luck? You already own the court, the military, the police and everything else in the country.
D2: That's true. I guess as long as I can continue to keep the secrets about my mistresses from my wife, I will survive.
D1: So you're not afraid of anything but your wife. What an idiot. As a dictator, you should be stronger than that.
D2: You have no idea how powerful that b$tch is. Her God father is my Viet master in Hanoi. No matter how much I hate her, I still can't get rid of her. She even killed my most beloved mistress years ago. It broke my heart into pieces and I was not even allowed to cry so I swallowed back my tears silently.
D1: Let me see what I can do about her. That's the least I can do to pay you back for visiting me. After that, we're even.
D2: I guess, then you'll just blame it on the protestors. Killing two birds with one stone. You're so evil and I like it.

I like the idea that Min Aung Hlaing is going to take care Mi Kanchrouk BUn Rany for Hun Sen.
Yeap, Hun Sen will use his third hand to finish off his business for him, something that he's been trying to do by himself for so long but couldn't do. Now, it's a great opportunity.
