In 1973 Henry Kissinger and Le Duc Tho were also jointly awaraded the Nobel Peace Prize reportedly for their negotiation to end the war in Vietnam. However, the latter is said to have declined the honour! 

 

Leaving the negotiated "peace" aside, between the two of them millions of innocent lives had been lost and millions more permanently ruined, including their victims in Laos and Cambodia as a result of their policies and leaderships.
