Civil Organizations, Associations and Unions representing 12 institutions continued to submit their open letter to the Ministry of Women's Affairs

Khmer Circle:

There are ministries of "justice" and "women's affairs" along with everything else that are synonymous with functions and organs of democracy, except that none of such bodies function without Hun Sen's authorisation.
