The evil Vietnam had found an absolute faithful slave named Hun Sen to control Khmer people so that Vietnam could implement successfully the Vietnamization of Cambodia.
Now, this crazy dog Hun Sen needs to do whatever it takes to hold on to power such as harassing, intimidating, killing the opposition's members to ensure the win of the elections.
But, if the above measures failed, seizing the power by force would follow.
Khmer people must not abandon their noble struggle to save Cambodia.
