Just imagine, in 1993, with the UN's presence, Ah Chker Chkuot Hun Sen did not accept the result of the election.
In 2013, Hun Sen just let Ah Whisky Khiev Kanharith declared that the CPP got 68, and the CNRP got 55. It seemed like they did not need to count the votes. They just gave the number of the seats to the CNRP they wanted to give.
In 2023, even if we get a credible NEC, who will stop Ah Hun Sen from issuing the number of the seats he wanted to give to other political parties?
People must find a way to prevent Ah Chker Chkuot Hun Sen from using his mouth to overrule the law. For example, the result of the election must be issued by the NEC after counting justly the votes, not by the sex maniac Khiev Kanharith, etc...

The evil Vietnam was genius because it found a Khmer named Ah Runteas Banh Hun Sen who is not afraid to do anything to Khmer people and Cambodia to keep his power.
This one eyed monster Hun Sen once (around 2012) said" Oy Teh Chanh Leng Heuy , Oss Ey Oss Touv". That statement reflected his craziness, unpatriotic, unethical, and non Khmer of him.
Now, he put Cambodia in a deeper hole by borrowing too much money from China. His administration is so corrupted, incompetent. His gesture, and policies have alienated the EU, and the US, resulting the loss of EBA and GSP. and consequently the loss of jobs. But he behaved like he did not do anything wrong.
What we can do with Ah Chker Chkuot Hun Sen is cursing him to Ngorp Tay Hong or die this year. And our wish might come true because his face looks so swollen.
