Except, in Cambodia where ministry officials cite shortage of staff needed to monitor illegal loggings while criminalising the activists for doing exactly that!

ក្រុមយុវជនចលនាមាតាធម្មជាតិចំនួន ៣នាក់ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២២ កក្កដា ចូលបំភ្លឺនៅតុលាការកំពូលលើបណ្ដឹងជំទាស់នឹងការសម្រេចរបស់សាលាឧទ្ធរណ៍ កាលពីខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២១ ដែលរក្សាបទចោទប្រកាន់លើពួកគេដដែល។
សកម្មជនបរិស្ថាន ៣នាក់ រួមមានលោក ថុន រដ្ធា កញ្ញា ភួនកែវ រស្មី និង កញ្ញា ឡុងគន្ធា រងការចោទប្រកាន់ពីបទ«ញុះញង់បង្កឲ្យមានភាពវឹកវរធ្ងន់ធ្ងរដល់សន្តិសុខសង្គម»។ ពួកគាត់សង្ឃឹមថា តុលាការកំពូល នឹងផ្តល់យុត្តិធម៌ និងទម្លាក់បទចោទចោលដើម្បីអោយពួកគាត់មានសេរីភាពពេញលេញចូលរួមកិច្ចការការពារបរិស្ថាននិងធនធានធម្មជាតិ។
ក្រោយបញ្ចប់សវនាការ តុលាការកំពូលលើកពេលសាលដីកា ទៅថ្ងៃទី២៩ កក្កដា ខាងមុខ។

When an uneducated person named Hun Sen was installed by Yuon and stayed on the power this long, we can conclude that Ah Prett Hun Sen has been complied to all Yuon's demands at the expense of Cambodia and Khmer people.
