The 50 plus 1 law gave an opportunity to any political party to win the general election and lead Cambodia by itself. That's why Ah Roleuy Hun Sen dissolved the CNRP in 2017 to prevent his downfall.
Actually, the CNRP had won the election in 2013. And it would win again in 2018. Sensing this grave danger, Ah Yuon's slave Hun Sen had no choice but to kill the CNRP.
So, the 50 plus 1 is a good law, resolve the political impasse after the general election.
With the 2/3 majority law, Cambodia always had political impasse after the general election. The 50+1 law would end this problem.
But whatever law we have, Ah Kwack Hun Sen never abide and obey the law. 50 +1 or 50+100 does mean anything to Ah Chker Chkuot Hun Sen. He will do whatever necessary to stay in power to serve his master Yuon.

Likewise, if the father Hun Sen is a Yuon's puppet, the son Chau Kinh Kuok Hun Manet is naturally a Yuon's puppet.
