Khmer Circle: 

When and wherever people are poor, 'ignorant' and desperate they are vulnerable to being taken advantage of and to exploitation by these human sharks. If something seems too good to be true, its probably not true! 

The basic innate character of the Khmer people at large is that of being trusting, innocent and noble. These are the traits of a people accustomed of living in and off nature - a people of 'paradise'. In isolation and untroubled with the later arrival of rapacious and crafty neighbours the Khmers had enjoyed a lengthy period of peace, stability and contentment which lasted for several centuries up to the end of the glorious Angkor era in the 14th century. coinciding with the emerging Siamese state to the west and Annamese to the east. 

It is this basic inclination and national character trait that the Vietcong - for instance - fully grasped and observed before they started their induction campaign to turn the Khmers, particularly, in rural areas, along with their leaders such as Sihanouk and the KR leaders into their weapons and unwitting proxies in an attempt to subdue and overcome an otherwise proud people. 

Rights groups and NGOs in the country could help these vulnerable young women by way of publicity and education from the grassroots in the villages to towns and cities.

Once you are out of the country you are out of contact with your kins and compatriots and your vulnerability increases by several folds. 

Think before taking steps into a journey of trauma and nightmare.

 វាគឺជាទំនោរចិត្តជាមូលដ្ឋាន និងចរិតលក្ខណៈជាតិ ដែលពួកវៀតកុង - ឧទាហរណ៍ - បានចាប់យក និងសង្កេតយ៉ាងពេញលេញ មុនពេលពួកគេចាប់ផ្តើមយុទ្ធនាការចាប់ផ្តើមដើម្បីបង្វែរជនជាតិខ្មែរ ជាពិសេសនៅតាមជនបទ រួមជាមួយនឹងមេដឹកនាំរបស់ពួកគេ ដូចជាសីហនុ និងមេដឹកនាំខ្មែរក្រហម ទៅជារបស់ពួកគេ។ សព្វាវុធ និង​អ្នក​តំណាង​ដោយ​មិន​ដឹង​ខ្លួន​ក្នុង​ការ​ប៉ុនប៉ង​ដើម្បី​បង្ក្រាប និង​យក​ឈ្នះ​លើ​មនុស្ស​ដែល​មាន​មោទនភាព។  

ក្រុមសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងអង្គការក្រៅរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងប្រទេស អាចជួយដល់ស្ត្រីវ័យក្មេងដែលងាយរងគ្រោះទាំងនេះ តាមមធ្យោបាយផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងការអប់រំពីមូលដ្ឋាននៅតាមភូមិទៅទីក្រុង និងទីក្រុង។  

នៅពេលដែលអ្នកចេញពីប្រទេស អ្នកមិនមានទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយសាច់ញាតិ និងជនរួមជាតិរបស់អ្នក ហើយភាពងាយរងគ្រោះរបស់អ្នកកើនឡើងជាច្រើនដង។  

គិតមុននឹងឈានជើងចូលទៅក្នុងដំណើរនៃរបួស និងសុបិន្តអាក្រក់។
