Any treaties signed under Vietnam's occupation must be humanely, logically, and realistically annulled. Likewise, any agreements signed between an educated person and an ignorant person are invalid. That is the law of the nature. The 1980s treaties, the 2005 supplemental treaty, the CLV development, etc... must be abrogated.
Cambodia's government must bring those treaties signed under Vietnam's guns on its head to the International Court of justice or whatever entity capable of solving these issues. Cambodia's government must open its mouth to find justice for Cambodia.
